Annie Moran is a fine artist and designer whose work celebrates the nature and culture of her native Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. With a passion for painting and beautiful interiors, her primary forms of expression are watercolor and oil paintings, interior murals, and wallpaper/textile design. Annie joined the Common Ground Relief board in 2023 to deepen her environmental stewardship and connection to the coastal Louisiana land and community she loves so much. Among other tangible contributions, Annie brings to the board her unique perspective on Louisiana wildlife as she depicts a variety of avian species through her work as a professional artist. The conservation, visibility, and depiction of wetlands habitats and its creatures is central to the work of Common Ground Relief. Connecting the wider arts community to environmental sustainability highlights Southeast Louisiana's cultural heritage and fosters existential conversations around our future, underpinned by hope and respect for the delta's natural beauty.
