What to expect:
- The fellows will be employed full-time for 32 weeks, starting in early January of 2024.
- Coaching on interviewing & public speaking
- Skill-building around project implementation
- LEARNING! No experience is required for this role, only your enthusiasm for learning!
By the end of this program, fellows will:
- Understand basic wetland ecology and biodiversity
- Help us plant 4,500 trees and 20,000 plugs of marsh grasses
- Gain experience in leading planting projects with volunteers
- Monitor planting project outcomes using rSET technology
- Network among fellow climate professionals
- Develop skills needed to advance your career in

communications & media, project scoping and more!
