Blaise Pezold is a dedicated board member of Common Ground Relief, bringing extensive experience from his previous role as an Agriculture Environmental Specialist III at the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. At Common Ground Relief, Pezold leverages his expertise in coastal project management, community relations, and volunteer mobilization to advance the organization's restoration efforts. His notable achievements include designing the $29 million Bayou La Loutre Ridge and Marsh restoration project and winning awards for outstanding service. Pezold is committed to integrating environmental protection with economic opportunity, particularly through developing industry-based credentials for coastal studies in collaboration with local educational institutions.
